This gorgeous bijou villa has the most miraculous location: right on the coast of the south of Sicily. What could be better that relaxing in the jacuzzi with its unbelievable view across the sea.
The villa itself has great style and is equipped with everything you need. You'll love spending time on the patio, or eating under the veranda in the beautiful outdoor dining area. If you can tear yourself away from the sublime location, there is so much to see and do in the local area too!
Baia Faraglioni has an extraordinary location. With a garden that leads straight down to the sea and a luxurious jacuzzi perfectly placed for enjoying the panoramic views of the water and the unforgettable sea stacks, Baia Faraglioni really has the most wonderful outdoor space.
Just outside the house, the garden's patio is perfect for sitting out in the sun. But the real highlight is the direct access to the sea (via a small gate). Step down directly to a lovely bay – which will almost seem like your own! – using the rustic staircase cut directly from the rock. Swim in crystal waters! The sea is accessible from small platform – there is no beach. However, if you prefer a sandy beach, Cirica is only a three-minute walk from Baia Faraglioni. This Blue Flag beach is picture-perfect for carefree days by the sea!
This recently built bright and airy one-storey villa has a charming open living and dining area with large windows looking out towards the sea. The compact but well-equipped kitchen is all that you could need during your holiday. The main double bedroom has sea views, whilst the second bedroom (which can be converted from a twin to a double or vice versa) looks out into the garden. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
Close to the main house is a brand new suite. Built this year, this is a charming, bright space ideal for a couple looking for some extra privacy. Large windows look out over the garden and out to sea. There's a lovely furnished veranda area with incredible views next to the suite that's great for relaxed moments in the shade. Inside there's a comfy double bed, a small kitchen area, and a modern bathroom with shower. Photos coming soon!
Ispica is a charming small town close to Sicily’s south coast. You’ll find everything you need for a base during your holiday in Sicily. This part of southern Sicily is famous for the Baroque towns of the Val di Noto. Visit Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, and Noto – all fairly close to the villa – and be wowed by their architectural beauty as well as top-quality restaurants and bars. We also offer a Ragusa & Modica Tour or a Siracusa & Noto Tour if you prefer to be taken to the best sights with ease. Another characteristic coastal town to visit is Marzamemi. Enjoy a lunch of fresh fish in the beautiful piazza!
The area’s beaches are also some of the best in the island. Blue Flag beach Cirica is just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Pozzallo is famous for wind-surfing and water sports, Santa Maria del Focallo is a haven of crystal-clear waters, and Marina di Modica has a quiet coastal town feel. For something really special head to Isola delle Correnti, Sicily’s most southerly point where the Ionian and the Mediterranean Seas meet. If you want to explore the coastline from a different perspective, we highly recommend a Boat Tour in South-East Sicily.
Foodies will also be charmed by the gastronomy offered in the area. Taste ripe tomatoes, fresh fish, and home-made pasta in the local restaurants. Or, enjoy a Cooking Lesson in South-East Sicily at a local cookery school, a wine tasting at a winery in Noto, or an in-villa cook service.
