Perfect for a group or two families, Mariella comprises two spacious apartments, with a magnificent garden and pool, within striking distance of southern Sicily’s white sandy beaches and the Valley of the Temples.
Towering palms and pine trees encircle the huge garden creating a wonderful haven of peace and calm. However, once outside the villa’s gates, there are numerous beaches, natural beauty spots and cultural attractions.
The garden provides a paradise for children thanks to the large amount of open space. The villa overlooks an extensive lawn fringed by pine trees. The enclosed pine woodland behind the pool has benches and a gazebo amongst the trees. The pool area is surrounded by a paved area with a gazebo and garden furniture. There is also a small bathroom for added comfort. A heated jacuzzi is close to the pool.
There are two large verandas. The first looks over the pool. The second veranda at the rear of the villa is perfect for long leisurely lunches, accessible directly from the kitchen and with a large dining table and barbecue.
There's an outdoor fitness area and you could also get competitive playing ping pong or table football!
Entry to the ground floor apartment is at the back of the villa, while the first floor apartment is accessed via an external staircase.
The ground floor apartment has a modern, uncluttered style. Enter directly into the open-plan living/dining room which opens out onto the poolside veranda. An archway leads to the dining area. A well-equipped kitchen is next to the dining area, with direct access on to the second veranda at the rear of the villa.
The living room leads into an anteroom which separates the two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms with shower. A guest bathroom and laundry room is located close to the kitchen.
The external staircase to the first floor apartment leads on to a large terrace with garden view, furnished with outdoor chairs, sunloungers and a table. Enter the apartment from the terrace into the living room which has a TV corner with sofas and a table for four. A functional kitchen corner has adequate facilities for making breakfast and snacks.
There are three double bedrooms on this floor, two of which have an ensuite bathroom. The third double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom.
