Up to 12 guests can enjoy a holiday of a lifetime at Palmita. Its location means guests can walk to the charming local town, and the beautiful sandy beach. Palmita is also close to Capo d’Orlando with its charming port from where you can easily visit the Aeolian Islands. The villa is made of three separate apartments so everyone has their space and privacy. Recently built, Palmita has all the mod-cons you could need for a holiday in Sicily. Rest, unwind, and have fun in these glorious surroundings in north Sicily!
Palmita’s large garden includes lawn, soaring trees, and Mediterranean plants, and creates the ideal place to enjoy the fantastic Sicilian weather. You’ll want to spend all your time outside, making the most of the great facilities.
The pool area is without a doubt the highlight. Comfortable sunloungers and sun umbrellas surround the pool where you can top up your tan and cool off on a hot day. There’s also a stylish sofa area where you can relax by the pool. To the other side of the pool is a gazebo with a large dining table and a modern barbecue with a sink and a hob plate. This is the best spot for leisurely al fresco meals!
For fun and games there’s a ping pong table in the garden, and for extra comfort there’s a bathroom near the pool, as well as external showers.
The local train line runs next to the villa’s garden, but it not too intrusive. There’s a local train stop not too far from the villa too, so you can easily hop on the train and explore the local area.
This villa is three separate apartments in one building offering guests their own space and privacy. It’s ideal for groups of families or friends who want to holiday together, or extended families looking to get away from it all.
The first apartment on the ground floor looks out over the pool area. There’s a welcoming open-plan living area with table and chairs, a sofa and TV, and a kitchen that leads out to the patio with an outdoor dining table. There’s a bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a bright double bedroom that also has a door that leads outside. The two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower found just off the corridor.
The second ground floor apartment looks over the garden. This apartment also has an open-plan living area with kitchen and living area with a TV, two bedrooms – one double, and one bunk bed bedroom – and a shared bathroom with a shower. There’s a small seating area that looks over the garden next to the living area.
The final apartment is found on the first floor. Walk up the external staircase to reach and walk into the luminous open-plan living area. With large sliding French doors that lead to a wrap-around terrace, this room with its modern kitchen, sofa and TV area, and table and chairs, is gorgeous. You can even see the sea and the Aeolian Islands glittering in the distance! This apartment has one double bedroom with a door that takes you to the balcony, a smaller bedroom under the eaves with a French bed, and a shared modern bathroom.
Each apartment has its own laundry area, and all bedrooms have TVs and comfy furnishings.
Brolo, an authentic seaside town, is within walking distance of Palmita. This charming small town has all you need as a holiday base. Brolo’s beach can also easily be reached by food and has some great lidos as well as free areas to spend the day by the sea. It’s possible to rent pedalos, rubber boats, and speedboats from this beach. Capo d’Orlando is also close to the villa. This is a very popular seaside town with a great sandy beach and charming port from where you can take boats to visit the Aeolian Islands. Piraino is another small town with a gorgeous belvedere offering some of the best sea views out to the Aeolian islands around; visit at sunset for something really special. Tindari with its Archeaology park as well as the unique “tongue of sand” beach is also close by and should not be missed.

There is an area of farm land next to Palmita. The farmworker who works on the land will enter Palmita once a day to tend to the land. They are an employee of the property owner, and is very discreet and will not disturb guests.
The coastal train line passes below Palmita at the edge of the property between the villa and the sea. When a train passes it can be both seen and heard, but this should not cause too much disturbance.
