An outstanding countryside property with a great location that is perfect for exploring south-east Sicily. This large villa, with great privacy, a beautiful pool and a characteristic atmosphere is perfect for large groups, especially for celebrations.
Recently restored, using eco-friendly technology and upcycled furniture, Mutica has every level of comfort, guaranteeing an enjoyable holiday in sunny Sicily for you and your party. All guests are ensured their own space, whilst also being able to share the villa's wonderful communal facilities.
Set deep in south-east Sicilian countryside, Mutica has wonderful outside space for you to enjoy. The pool is a highlight, where you can cool off from the Sicilian sun. The pool has LED lights creating a magical atmosphere at night. Around the pool there are sunloungers perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Table tennis is available for those with a competitive spirit and an outdoor dining table and barbecue are perfect for al fresco evenings under a starry sky. There is also a charming stone courtyard, with an outdoor seating area that is a great location to relax, enjoy a glass of wine or a quiet moment with family and friends. The villa has a large, private on-site parking area.
Beautifully refurbished, Villa Mutica is a perfect for large groups. The main property is centred around a characteristic courtyard. Enter into the large, light filled dining room, with a glass wall looking out over the swimming pool. There is also a TV area in this spacious room, as well as a bar that is ideal for your morning coffee! Just off this communal space is a cosy reading room where you can chill out in the cool. The villa has a large, industrial kitchen for use of the on-site professional chef only.
Across the courtyard are four stylish bedrooms - each with their own ensuite bathrooms and facilities. Stylishly furnished – combining modernity and tradition – these rooms offer privacy and comfort. One bedroom is larger than the others, with its own mezzanine where two single beds can be added, making it ideal for a young family.
Slightly set apart from the main courtyard are the other bedrooms. This building, which was once the farm's stables, now overlooks the pool and is made up of five lovely double ensuite bedrooms. There is the option of creating one two-bedroom apartment (with interlocking doors) which would work well for a family travelling with teenagers or children.
All bedrooms at Mutica have their own televisions, mini fridges and bar, ensuring the utmost comfort.

The pool is open to guests all year round.
There is a professional cook on site, who can prepare lunches or dinners for you and your guests. Having your own chef is a great way to relax and not think about cooking for the week. The chef will prepare meals for you according to the shopping you provide. This service is included in the rental cost so no extra fee will be applied. Please note that a full final cleaning is not included.
