A small, but utterly charming, villa in south Sicily. Perfectly formed, with all that you could need for a chilled-out holiday, including a lovely pool, a roof terrace, and chic, contemporary style. This simple property is stylish, and its location just a few minutes from the Vendicari Nature Reserve means that it is ideal for a Sicilian beach holiday.

The outside space at Aliva is all that you could need for a relaxed holiday. The lovely pool is ideal for cooling off, and is surrounded by sun umbrellas and sunloungers. There's also a small, shaded area next to the pool and a great outdoor shower. An awning offers shade with views over the pool area. Next to the house is a wonderfully furnished veranda, with both a comfy seating area and a dining table. Around the corner from the veranda is the barbecue area as well as a staircase that leads guests to the small roof terrace, perfect for an aperitivo under the starry sky.
Aliva is a newly built, and well-designed villa perfect for a young family. Walk from the covered veranda into the living area, tastefully decorated in neutral tones. There's a seating area with a comfy sofa, and a small kitchen corner with a dining room. From the living area there is access to the large shared bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: one bright double bedroom, and a twin room ideal for children.
