Punta Marina's outside space is truly special. The infinity pool looks south over the sea – a timeless vista made even more evocative with an ancient tower perched on the hill above the villa. Relaxation is easy, with several areas perfect for chilling out. Drift off to sleep in a hammock in the shade of the palm trees, relax in the shade on the veranda, or unwind in the swing seats. Sun-worshipers can top up their tans by the pool on the sunloungers whilst chefs can cook up a storm in the covered outdoor kitchen and barbecue area that also has a lovely dining table. Energetic youngsters – or adults – can get competitive with endless games of table soccer too!
There's also ample space for parking your car inside the property in a shaded parking area.
Walk straight from the covered terrace into the cosy kitchen. Small, but well-equipped, the kitchen also has a sofa for relaxing in the cool interior. An outdoor sitting area is accessible from the kitchen, providing a relaxing, sheltered and enjoyable extra sitting room! With two bedrooms, the villa is well-suited for a small family. The main double bedroom has access to the terrace through French windows and has a lovely sea view. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the second bedroom (convertible twin). The villa also has a laundry room/guest bathroom.
