In a fantastic coastal location between Palermo and Cefalù, Oro Blu is ideal for a family or several couples looking to share a holiday, featuring lovely outdoor spaces and a fabulous pool area. With well-manicured lawns, sheltered al fresco eating spots, a large covered patio and endless sea views, this villa is all about outdoor living at its very best.
Set in a residential area on a hillside with stunning views of the bay that surrounds the pretty seaside village of Trabia, the villa looks directly out over the Tyrrhenian Sea.
At the main entrance to the villa there is a large covered veranda, furnished with a dining table and chairs. Next to this is a built-in barbecue and another smaller coffee table with comfortable seating overlooking the lawn. A small water feature sits at the foot of the stairs.
The pool area is set behind the villa, walled on one side for shade and added privacy, with plenty of sunbeds and a fantastic chromatic shower. A decked area, furnished with table and chairs and a large umbrella, provides a tremendous viewing point of the coastline and is the ultimate spot for al fresco lunches. The recently-built pool has a hydro-massage system and is surrounded by decking and a well-kept lawn.
Access to the villa is up a few steps, via the covered veranda, and directly into the living room which has comfortable sofas at one end and a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs, and open fireplace. A compact but well-equipped kitchen leads directly off the dining area. The first of the three double bedrooms is on the ground floor, with French windows that lead out to the rear part of the barbecue area, slightly screened by planted shrubs, and with a small table and chairs – perfect for a peaceful early morning coffee! Next door to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, each with French windows. One leads to a terrace with views of the bay and the other leads to the pool area. One double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower; the second has a bathroom with bath and shower next door.

The property is a semi-detached villa with an independent entrance, garden and private pool. The neighbours in the next door villa – who are very quiet and discreet – are present only in August, but this should not impact your complete privacy and enjoyment of the property.
