Broad, beautifully furnished seating areas overlook the lawn, a fabulous infinity pool and the sea whilst inside, the style is simple and elegant with masses of space for four people.
The garden at the front of the villa is extremely attractive, with an infinity pool with sea views, a lawn and several large seating areas. The sundeck around the pool, furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella, is overlooked by a covered veranda with a magnificent handmade wooden dining table. There are several other seating areas around the garden, where you can sit back and gaze out over the bay and the Aeolian Islands.
A large first floor terrace, accessible from the hall and main double bedroom, is the perfect spot to sit and watch the sun go down.
The ground floor is a bright open-plan living and dining space with floor-to-ceiling double glass doors to the garden and modern armchairs and a sofa. A dark polished wood dining table and chairs are set to one side of the room, alongside a huge panoramic pool-facing window, and in front of one set of the large glass doors. The kitchen, at the other end of the living area, is kitted out with stunning marble worktops and handmade dark wooden units. A door between the kitchen and dining area leads directly out to the covered veranda and outside dining area. There is also a guest bathroom, with shower, on this floor.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor hall, a large open space with access to an upper terrace furnished with a table, chairs and an umbrella. The master bedroom has access to the terrace whilst the convertible twin has wonderful sea views. The modern bathroom has a shower.
