Casalnuovo is the sort of villa that makes you yearn for a reason to celebrate so that you can gather up a big group of friends and whisk them off for the holiday of a lifetime. Designed and cared for with an extraordinary attention to detail, the villa has everything, and so much more, that you could possibly want for a large group holiday.
Casalnuovo provides extremely spacious living and sleeping accommodation over two floors. Set on a 15-acre organic estate, it has views that encompass the legendary Bay of Tindari, the Tyrrhenian Sea and, in the distance, the Aeolian Islands. You'll be tempted to explore all these fascinating places in north Sicily.
The focal point of the garden is a very large pool, surrounded by lawns dotted with plenty of sunloungers and mature olive trees, as well as a shady gazebo. There are poolside seating areas and a large al fresco dining area, with barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven, accessible directly from the kitchen. A vegetable garden provides a regular supply of fresh vegetables. There are also opportunities to play ping pong and other outdoor games in the garden, or you can just relax in the hammock!
The ground floor villa entrance leads directly into a huge living area with a modern appearance and traditional touches, including an open fireplace and terracotta flooring. The main seating area is positioned around an entertainment centre and there are several more intimate, relaxed seating areas. There's even a piano for anyone who is musically inclined! A small, separate study is ideal for quiet moments.
Opposite the living area, the vast and well-equipped kitchen has terracotta tiling and wooden work tops. There is a large dining table and direct access to the outdoor dining space. A few steps lead down from the kitchen directly into a games room, with pool table, table tennis and table football.
Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The two double bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a shared bathroom with a roll top bath.
A staircase leads up to the first floor and to the remaining four ensuite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a first floor terrace.

Casalnuovo is an eco-friendly property, without air conditioning. Rainwater is collected in underground water tanks and solar power provides energy. The house is thermally insulated and therefore cool in the summer, rendering air conditioning unnecessary.
The house is set in a 15-acre organic estate of olive groves, fruit trees, almond and nut trees and is a sanctuary for wildlife. Guests are welcome to help themselves to fruit and vegetables including tomatoes, onions, aubergines and herbs. Over two kilometres of tracks and paths across the estate provide plenty of walking opportunities for families and large groups and those who want to get away from it all.
For guests that enjoy horse riding, Casalnuovo has an on-site stables with a couple of friendly horses! The location offers some superb horse treks, suitable for beginners and experienced riders. To take advantage of this service there is a charge of Euro 20 per hour or Euro 40 per hour if an instructor is required. For further information please contact us.
