A countryside villa with a super pool, ideal for exploring west Sicily. Take in those picturesque views and relax! A delightful countryside holiday awaits you at this villa. There's great outdoor space, with a fantastic pool. The views are intoxicating, with rolling hills stretching out around you.
Inside, Rubina is charmingly furnished and extremely comfortable. With great style, great facilities and a great position, Rubina has all that you need for your holiday in Sicily. You will be relaxed as soon as you arrive, and will never want to leave.
Rubina has ample outside space which makes it perfect for relaxing in a completely peaceful atmosphere. Chill out on the veranda, with lovely seating areas, as well as a charmingly-tiled table that is perfect for leisurely lunches. The pool area and solarium are wonderful, with views that stretch out over the beautiful countryside – full of characteristic olive trees. It is perfect for taking in some sunshine and experiencing true peace and quiet. A covered gazebo is close to the pool, giving you the chance to take a break from the heat. For an aperitivo with exceptional views over the surrounding hills, there is another covered seating area to enjoy. However, it isn't all about relaxing - fun and games can be had around the table tennis table!
The newly-built villa is spacious and comfortable. Walk straight from the veranda into the high-ceilinged sitting room with a dining area. Chic, bright and comfortable, this living area will make you feel right at home with its stylish furnishings, that complement the style of the building. The kitchen is just off the sitting room and is very well-equipped, with an interesting picture-window that adds a sense of extra space and light to the room. One double ensuite bedroom, and a guest bathroom with a shower, are also on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room.
There are three more bedrooms on the first floor. The main master suite has a lovely double bed, superb views and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cosy single bedroom and another double ensuite bedroom.
