Villa Marsa has some lovely outdoor space that enables you to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian weather on a daily basis. A wonderful terrace is where you will spend much of your holiday. There's a comfortable outdoor sofa under the shade of the veranda, as well as a dining table for al fresco meals. The sea views are wonderful from this vantage point. The terrace also has a jacuzzi pool for an extra touch of relaxation. Walk down a staircase and you will arrive at the garden, which leads down to the rocky coastline. This area also has sunloungers where you can catch some rays, a barbecue and also a children's sand pit play area.

Indoor

Villa Marsa is bright, welcoming, comfortable and friendly. Walk straight into the modern and well-appointed kitchen with all the amenities you could need. Another door from the kitchen leads you to the terrace with sea views and the dining area. The kitchen is the heart of the villa, with all three bedrooms accessible from this area. The first bedroom has sea views, a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is large with views to the back of the property. There is one double bed and also a single bed set apart from the main room. This triple bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is another double bedroom with sea views as well as direct access out to the terrace. There is a bathroom with a shower next door. The villa also has a laundry room.
