Sadira

The land that surrounds Sadira is about 16,000 square metres of Mediterranean scrub brush. The wide views stretch out all the way to the sea without anything in between, creating a scene of bewitching colours and scents.

What’s more, it’s possible to get to the fantastic roof terrace via a staircase between the verandas where you get the best panoramic views of the countryside and sea. The roof terrace has some built-in stone sofas, and an external shower. 

Villa Sadira has large and bright rooms thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that give breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and out to sea. There’s a simple style, but one of great taste and attention to detail thanks to the natural materials like wood and stone, as well as the high-quality design objects and furnishings, and neutral tones. 

Walk into the open-plan living area, with a large sofa from where you can admire the jaw-dropping views, and a well-equipped kitchen that also has sea views and a round dining table. There’s also a modern bathroom and shower in this area. 

Set slightly above the living room via a staircase are two bedrooms with double beds. One has direct access to the garden through French doors. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. 

There’s another staircase that leads down to the lower level where there are two more double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. 

This prestigious villa is in Urmo Belsito, a residential area that’s slightly elevated between Manduria and San Pietro in Bevagna’s marina. Its position is strategic. Sadira is found less than three kilometres from the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast of Alto Salento, stretching from the river mouth of Chidro at San Pietro in Bevagna to the Salina dei Monaci Nature Reserve. 

In just ten minutes in the car you can also get to the famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo, and Porto Cesareo.
