The villa’s surrounding land is almost 12000 square metres and is set on a hill surrounded by olive trees. 

The two living areas are linked by an 80-metre veranda that looks over the swimming pool and is furnished with a large dining table for unforgettable moments spent in this magical environment. 

There’s also an outdoor kitchen between the two apartments for cooking al fresco meals with friends and family. 

This luxurious villa’s swimming pool is simply gorgeous. It really creates an impact thanks to the views from the infinity pool, as well as the drystone walls and the olive trees that surround it, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Next to the pool are stylish sunloungers and deck chairs, as well as two external showers. This is the best place to enjoy those incredible sea views.

Light is the star of the show at Villa Genziana. The large floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and luminous atmosphere in the villa’s interior, and at the same time allow the eye to gaze out over the horizon with those panoramic sea views. 

The villa is around 230 square metres, and is divided into two apartments. The interior design has incredible attention to detail, with white walls and pale stone that only highlight the natural light and creates a relaxing, harmonious environment. 

The main house has a large open-plan living area with French Windows with amazing sea views. There’s a kitchen area with a kitchen island, as well as a dining table and sofas and a TV. 

There are two bedrooms in this area. One bedroom has a double bed and a shower and sink in the room, as well as an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms lead directly outside and have sea views. There’s also a separate bathroom with a shower in this area. 

The guest house has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom and access outside with amazing sea views.

Genziana is found in the green countryside around Carovigno, a centre of olive oil production, and only ten minutes’ drive from the coast. 

Carovigno has a charming mix of culture, history, and natural beauty that makes this an ideal holiday destination for anyone who wants to get to know the real heart of Puglia. The Madre di San Martino church and the Dentice di Frasso castle are unmissable for history lovers. The town is also known for its gastronomy and so visitors must taste the local Puglian flavours in the town centre’s restaurants. Orecchiette with cime di rapa, fresh fish, and extra virgin olive oil are all authentic local products. 

Wine tourism is also wonderful in this area, and visiting a local winery is a must. Puglia is famous for its robust wines such as Primitivo and Negramaro. Enjoy a wine tasting at a local winery and discover the passion with which Puglian wine is made. 

Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve is only a few kilometres from the villa, and is a real natural treasure. The unspoilt beaches, the sand dunes, and the incredible marine life make it the best place for a relaxing day at the beach during which you can enjoy snorkelling or bird watching. 

The area is also incredibly strategic for visiting the famous historic towns of the Valle d’Itria. Ostuni – the magical “White City”, Cisternino, and Ceglie Messapica are all nearby.
