Each of the apartments lead out to a beautiful veranda which looks out directly over the swimming pool area and further afield to the olive trees and then out to sea. These outside areas, with a dining table and built in stone seats, are ideal for lunches, dinners, and cocktails under the Puglian sky. Imagine preparing delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoying the meal surrounded by friends with a sea breeze blowing in the wind.

The swimming pool area is the highlight for many. Surrounded by olive trees, you can reach the pool via a staircase from the villa. As well as sunloungers, for an extra touch of comfort there is a lovely seating area near the pool.

Villa Mauvé is made up of two independent and comfortable apartments that share large outdoor space. 

The first apartment opens up to a charming living area with large French windows and panoramic views over the olive trees and out to sea. It is furnished with a sofa, a TV, a desk, and a large dining table. There’s a character of great style and attention to detail, with wonderful design objects of golden and yellow tones throughout.

In the living area there is a modern kitchen with all the essentials. You can reach the bedrooms via a hallway. There’s one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and access to the garden. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. 

The second apartment is also luminous thanks to the large French windows with panoramic views. There’s a bright and welcoming feel as you enter into the open plan living area with a modern kitchen that also has a sitting area with a sofa and a TV with eclectic decorations with contrasting colours and tones. There are two bedrooms in this apartment; one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds which can be converted to a double if necessary. There’s also a shared bathroom with shower.  

Lorita the villa next to Mauvé – can also be booked with Villatravellers. Lorita is a modern villa for up to eight guests. For a group holiday with so much space, we suggest booking both villas together, so 17 guests can enjoy a care free holiday in Puglia together.

Mauvé is found in the countryside near Carovigno, near the hamlet of Serranova which is famous for its olive trees. The villa is only three kilometres from Specchiolla beach with its gorgeous sandy bay and crystal-clear water. It’s also close to Torre Guaceto near Brindisi. 

In just a few minutes you can also easily get to the most beautiful towns in the Valle d’Itria by car. Ostuni is one of the most charming places in all of Puglia and is famous for its white stone buildings and narrow cobbled streets; Cisternino in east Murgia has amazing views over the Valle d’Itria dotted with trulli; Ceglie Messapica has a Messapian and Medieval town centre that’s similar to Ostuni but is less well-known and so even more authentic. These towns are also famous for their delicious food and wine.
